Description

The half moon was just about 60 degrees away but the sky was clear and hence I tried my luck anyway.
Since the main source of light pollution was the Moon itself, I opted for using an IR CUT filter (< 750 nm) rather than an IR PAS (> 642 nm).
The galaxy clearly visible on the bottom left is UGC06923 (mag. 13.9), while the faint one midway between M109 and the upper left corner is UGC06940 (mag. 16.4) .
